Become a Full-Cycle Accountant at FPS Food Process Solutions, focusing on robust accounting practices for the parent company and its subsidiaries. Your responsibilities will cover AR/AP, month-end closes, and compliance tasks.

Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, this role requires you to handle all aspects of accounting, from processing transactions to filing GST and PST returns. You will play a crucial role in preparing for audits and enhancing accounting processes, while ensuring regulatory compliance with local tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting tasks, including AR and AP

• Prepare and file monthly GST and PST returns

• Collaborate on month-end close and year-end audits

• Oversee compliance certificates and bank covenants

• Prepare budgets in coordination with subsidiary managers

Requirements:

• CPA designation is required

• 3+ years full-cycle accounting experience preferred

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
