Position: Accounting Associate - Full-Time Opportunity
Join Open Road as a General Accounting Associate and enhance your accounting expertise in Richmond. This full-time position focuses on reconciling accounts and managing cash receipts for a growing automotive group.

At Open Road, you will find a dynamic role at our Head Office in Richmond. As a General Accounting Associate, you will reconcile daily cash entries, manage warranty payments, and support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Your attention to detail and proficiency in Excel will play a critical role in our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and reconcile daily cash receipts

• Process warranty payments from manufacturers

• Conduct bank reconciliations across dealerships

• Collect overdue payments and establish charge accounts

• Assist in month-end close and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Strong skills in Excel and transaction processing

• Good understanding of accounting principles

• Self-motivated and able to manage deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal skills
