In this position, you will oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and provide detailed account analysis. Your proactive mindset will help drive financial improvements while supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close activities and reconciliations

• Ensure financial records' accuracy and integrity

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis tasks

• Collaborate with teams to resolve accounting issues

• Mentor junior Finance team members as needed

Requirements:

• CPA designation is required

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting

• Proficient in Power Query and handling large datasets

• Ability to manage competing priorities independently
