Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting various financial functions across the organization. This role requires proficiency with multiple accounting software platforms and a strong foundation in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial analysis. The Accountant will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and supporting strategic decision-making.

• Maintain and update financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness of daily transactions
• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, accounts payable (A/P), and accounts receivable (A/R)
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and basic financial analysis
• Prepare and submit tax-related filings, including GST returns and payroll remittances
• Monitor and maintain records related to investor funding and investment accounts
• Liaise with banks and other financial institutions regarding financing arrangements and investment account administration

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Experience in the real estate, property management industry is considered an asset

Pay: $28.00 per hour
