Lead Accountant Position at Nature's Path

As a Senior Accountant, you will work under the Corporate Controller to enhance day-to-day accounting practices. With a CPA and more than 5 years of experience, you will handle tasks like reconciliations and financial reporting while identifying areas for improvement. This role requires a proactive mindset and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end closing including entries and reconciliations

• Lead financial reporting to ensure accuracy and integrity

• Improve accounting processes and controls

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

• Mentor junior team members as needed

Requirements:

• CPA designation is a must

• Minimum 5 years in accounting roles

• Full-cycle accounting expertise required

• Proficient in Power Query for handling data

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
