Position: In-Office Accountant at Group 161
Join Group 161 as an Accountant in our Richmond office. This full-time role focuses on financial operations and requires strong proficiency in Quick Books.

As a detail-oriented Accountant, you will manage accounts receivable and payroll processing while maintaining accurate accounting records. Group 161 encompasses firms like Atelier Pacific Architecture and DF Architecture, offering a collaborative environment for growth.

Your role will involve preparing financial reports, managing expenses, and assisting with audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accounts receivable functions and collections calls

• Complete month-end invoicing and payroll processing

• Track and reconcile company expenses with documentation

• Prepare monthly financial reports for ownership

• Support internal audits with necessary documentation

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Quick Books is required

• Excellent communication skills for collections

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance recommended

• Highly organized and detail-oriented in tasks

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite recommended
