Position: Nature's Path Foods Senior Accountant Role
Elevate your career at Nature's Path Foods in Richmond, BC as a Senior Accountant. Drive month-end closes, enhance financial records, and lead budgeting efforts during a six-month contract.

This role is pivotal in supporting daily accounting operations alongside the Corporate Controller. With a CPA and over 5 years of experience, you’ll conduct reconciliations, generate financial reports, and lead improvements in accounting controls. Your collaborative spirit will enable you to effectively address cross-functional issues and guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Corporate Controller for effective accounting operations

• Manage month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations

• Ensure financial record accuracy while driving improvements

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis requests

• Provide mentorship to junior accounting staff

Requirements:

• CPA designation is required

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficient in full-cycle accounting and reporting

• Strong skills with Power Query for data handling

• Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks effectively
