• Learn and assist in administering full‑cycle accounts payable, from invoice entry through payment processing
• Help prepare bank payments and get hands‑on exposure to treasury operations
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and account schedules, building practical insight into financial reporting
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes while learning how deadlines get managed in a corporate environment
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable with guidance from senior team members
• Assist with audit preparation, reviewing financial transactions and documents for accuracy and compliance
• Learn and apply company financial policies and relevant regulations in your day‑to‑day work
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and take part in secure database management
• Take on additional accounting‑related duties as your skills grow

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or in progress)
• 1 to 3 years of accounting experience (internships count!)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to accounting software is an asset
