This fully remote role requires a minimum of two years of experience in income tax preparation. You will facilitate the completion of tax returns, perform detailed reviews, and assist clients in understanding their tax obligations. Engage with clients through advanced video tools while maintaining meticulous documentation of all interactions for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in completing tax returns using Turbo Tax

• Provide expert guidance on tax-related queries

• Review and verify client tax submissions thoroughly

• Utilize government resources for accurate information

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional tax preparation experience

• Bilingual in French and English

• Familiarity with complex tax elements, e.g. investments

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Flexible schedule availability of at least 20 hours weekly
