Working under the Team Lead of Client Services, you will handle financial transactions, ensure compliance with contract terms, and prepare detailed client invoices. This position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in both independent and team settings to meet rapidly changing project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret contract terms and configure billing in Sage

• Prepare and distribute client invoices accurately

• Resolve billing discrepancies with clients and partners

• Maintain comprehensive billing documentation

• Support finance initiatives for improved processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Less than 2 years in billing or contract administration

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel

• Capable of effective communication and teamwork
