Dynacare seeks a Senior Billing Clerk for its Kelowna team. The permanent full-time role involves invoice analysis, account adjustments, payment posting, and collections. You will monitor aging reports, investigate unpaid claims, and support accurate financial reporting.

• Analyze client and patient invoices against contract requirements
• Edit accounts and prepare corrected invoices when necessary
• Post payments, adjustments, transfers, and cheque allocations
• Generate aging reports and follow up on delinquent accounts
• Reconcile payments, investigate claims, and maintain organized files

• Two-year community college diploma in a related field
• Three years of related billing and finance experience
• Ability to make accurate decisions and inform supervisors
• Ability to suggest more efficient procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a steady-paced environment
