Dynacare seeks a Senior Billing Clerk for its Kelowna team. The permanent full-time role involves invoice analysis, account adjustments, payment posting, and collections. You will monitor aging reports, investigate unpaid claims, and support accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze client and patient invoices against contract requirements
Edit accounts and prepare corrected invoices when necessary
Post payments, adjustments, transfers, and cheque allocations
Generate aging reports and follow up on delinquent accounts
Reconcile payments, investigate claims, and maintain organized files
Requirements:
Two-year community college diploma in a related field
Three years of related billing and finance experience
Ability to make accurate decisions and inform supervisors
Ability to suggest more efficient procedures
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a steady-paced environment
