Process supplier invoices accurately as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Trail Appliances’ Richmond Head Office. Apply Excel and reconciliation skills daily.
This Accounts Payable Specialist position supports timely supplier payments for Trail Appliances. You will process invoices, credit notes, cheque payments, and EFT payments. The work includes invoice matching, variance investigation, general ledger reconciliations, and supplier statement follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:- Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately
- Match invoices with purchasing and receiving records
- Investigate pricing and quantity variances with Purchasing Agents
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and supplier statements
- Prepare supplier chargebacks and monthly AR credit statements
- Minimum two years of related accounts payable experience
- Experience processing cheque and EFT payments
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- High-volume accuracy, organization, and prioritization skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
