Corporate Accountant Cycle Automation

Corporate Accountant needed in Richmond, BC, bringing full-cycle accounting expertise and automation ideas to a seven-month contract. Work directly with the business.

This hands-on Corporate Accountant position supports an entrepreneurial mid-size client during strategic growth. You will own accounting processes, report to a Director of Finance at the parent company, and contribute across profitability analysis, inventory, payroll, and cash flow forecasting.

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial statements through period-end close
• Recommend automation to streamline accounting processes
• Support profitability analysis, inventory counts, payroll, and cash flow forecasting

• Hands-on full-cycle accounting experience
• Experience preparing financial statements
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Quick Books Online experience is a differentiator
• Organized, detail-oriented, independent, and collaborative approach
