Senior Vendor Reconciliation Accountant

Use vendor reconciliation and discrepancy analysis skills at T&T Supermarket as a Senior Accounting Associate, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will manage daily accounting activities and administrative support for Finance & Accounting. The work focuses on accurate vendor records, payment tracking, receiving-report reconciliation, and compliance with tax laws and accepted accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze vendor accounts for accuracy and completeness
Reconcile vendor accounts with daily receiving reports
Investigate adjustments or accruals during period close
Prepare vendor statements and track payment clearance
Assist with internal and external audits as required
Requirements:
Accounting qualification, degree, diploma, or equivalent
At least one year of relevant accounting experience
Strong analytical skills for identifying discrepancies
Ability to prioritize assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Macola 10 or accounting-system familiarity is an asset
Support vendor accuracy, payment tracking, and audit activities through careful reconciliation and organized accounting work at T&T Supermarket.
