Inventory Records and Payables Associate

Focus on invoice accuracy and inventory records as an Inventory Control Associate with T&T Supermarket. Support receiving transactions during scheduled weekday office hours.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Financial & Accounting, this role oversees AR and AP data while maintaining store inventory accuracy. Responsibilities include checking authorization, entering trade and supplies invoices, and updating inventory costs and quantities. The role requires organized follow-up and careful documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Check incoming invoices for proper authorization
Ensure documents comply with inventory receipt requirements
Perform itemized data entry for trade invoices
Update store inventory costs and quantities
Track receiving and inventory receipt transactions
Requirements:
Accounting or related post-secondary education is an asset

Experience with Enterprise Information Systems is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet multiple deadlines without compromising quality
Bring invoice control, receiving transaction, and inventory recordkeeping skills to this accounting-focused T&T Supermarket position.
