Senior Vendor Reconciliation Accountant

Use vendor reconciliation and discrepancy analysis skills at T&T Supermarket as a Senior Accounting Associate, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will manage daily accounting activities and administrative support for Finance & Accounting. The work focuses on accurate vendor records, payment tracking, receiving-report reconciliation, and compliance with tax laws and accepted accounting practices.

• Analyze vendor accounts for accuracy and completeness
• Reconcile vendor accounts with daily receiving reports
• Investigate adjustments or accruals during period close
• Prepare vendor statements and track payment clearance
• Assist with internal and external audits as required

• Accounting qualification, degree, diploma, or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant accounting experience
• Strong analytical skills for identifying discrepancies
• Ability to prioritize assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• Macola 10 or accounting-system familiarity is an asset
