Corporate Payroll Accountant

If you like working hands-on with ‘the business’ while reporting to an exciting parent company who is experiencing strategic growth, we have a great 7-month contract for you to consider. Our very successful mid-size, entrepreneurial client is looking for a Corporate Accountant to cover a 7 month contract in Richmond BC.
This is not a clean up project. You will be reporting to a Director of Finance at the Parent Co who is a HUGE lover of automation and will be looking for your ideas.
Aside from the full-cycle accounting responsibility, you will get involved in profitability analysis, inventory counts, payroll and cash flow forecasting. This role is a great fit for someone with a few years of hands-on, full cycle accounting experience and a passion for automation.

Full cycle accounting experience up to and including period end close & preparation of financial statements.
Experience in a manufacturing or food services industry is an asset.
Very strong written & verbal English communications skills are required.

Experience with Quick Books Online will be a differentiator.
