Cycle Bookkeeper Cross-Border Accounting

Manage full-cycle accounting for Loonie Times Custom Mascots & Plush, supporting Canadian and U.S. financial operations with precision. Use Quick Books, Sage, and Excel in this full-time position.

This Bookkeeper maintains accurate records across accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, expenses, accruals, and inventory. The position prepares invoices, payments, reconciliations, tax filings, and financial reporting support. It also contributes to budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow tracking, and stronger accounting controls.

• Manage full-cycle accounting across Canadian and U.S. operations
• Prepare invoices, payroll, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Process GST/HST, WSIB, and U.S. tax filings
• Maintain accounting data in Quick Books, Sage, or similar software
• Improve processes, controls, efficiency, and cost management

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Three to five years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
• Quick Books Online/Desktop, Sage, and Excel proficiency
• Understanding of GAAP, multicurrency transactions, and cross-border compliance
• Independent, organized, accurate, and effective communication skills
