Senior Controller Financial Leadership

Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and accounting operations as Senior Controller with Action Contents & Moving in Richmond, British Columbia. This is an office-based leadership role.
Action Contents & Moving seeks a Senior Controller to own the complete accounting cycle and serve as its senior finance leader. You will guide financial analysis, budgeting, controls, and operational finance while supporting informed business decisions. The role combines hands-on accounting execution with forward-looking leadership across a project-based operating business.

Key Responsibilities:

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
Prepare financial statements and management reporting
Develop cash-flow forecasts and rolling budgets
Evaluate profitability, investments, and growth initiatives
Improve finance workflows using automation and AI-enabled tools
Requirements:
CPA designation strongly preferred
Five-plus years of progressive accounting and finance experience preferred
Controller or comparable finance-leadership experience
Advanced Excel and accounting or ERP systems proficiency
Strong understanding of tax compliance and internal controls
Bring complete-cycle accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, and systems improvement expertise to Action Contents & Moving’s finance leadership.
