Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the correct department/person.
Provide accurate dealership information to customers.
Perform administrative tasks: filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork.
Maintain a clean, organized reception and customer-waiting area.
Support other departments as needed (events, marketing, basic research).
Customer Satisfaction Score (CSI): Quality of customer interactions.
First Call Resolution Rate: % of calls resolved without follow-up.
Average Wait Time: Time customers wait before being assisted.
Call Abandonment Rate: % of callers who hang up before reaching receptionist.
Administrative Task Completion Rate: Accuracy and timeliness of assigned tasks.
$17.85 – $18.85 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience).
