Position Info:

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $28.85~$31.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Work Location: 12880 Clarke Place, Richmond BC V6V 2H1

Job Duties:

Prepare and review correspondence, letters, invoices, and other documents

Develop and implement office procedures

Respond to all inquiries received via phone calls and emails, forwarding messages as necessary

Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails, managing the flow of information

Set up and maintain both manual and digital filing systems

Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel

Order office supplies and keep track of inventory levels

Job Requirements:

Experience: 1~2 years of related experience is required

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
