This position targets candidates based in Canada with expertise in Learning and Development. As the Manager, you will develop and implement various training programs for restaurant operations while collaborating with franchisees and teams. Contribute to onboarding, staff training, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs for restaurant teams
• Manage the Learning Management System and course administration
• Support onboarding and training initiatives across all locations
• Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and data analysis
• Act as a primary contact for learning and development inquiries
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Learning & Development or related field
• 2–4 years in learning and development or training roles
• Experience coordinating training projects and materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS tools
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
