Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate work orders, employee scheduling, and records management

• Support administrative management with assignments and scheduling

• Monitor and validate work order information and changes

• Review timesheets and labor allocations for compliance

• Generate daily and monthly operational performance reports

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field

• 3–5 years in operations administration or data analysis
