Become an integral part of our team as a Full Time Office Administrative Assistant, working 30 hours weekly at our physical location. Your main duties will focus on scheduling, data management, and customer service.
We are seeking a dedicated candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience to fill a permanent role in our office. This position involves meticulous appointment scheduling, answering calls, and maintaining our office supplies, ensuring a smooth operation. You will also manage travel itineraries and maintain our digital filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Answer phone calls and relay messages promptly
• Compile data and statistics for reports
• Order office supplies and manage inventory systematically
• Arrange travel and manage related bookings
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of office administrative experience
• Secondary school graduation certificate required
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient in filing systems and documentation tasks
