Join our team as a Full-Time Repair Administrator in Richmond Hill, ON. This role blends your musical talents with essential administrative and organizational skills.
As a Repair Administrator, you’ll oversee parts research, manage inventory, and ensure timely repairs by coordinating with technicians. Your responsibilities also include reporting and assisting with instrument shipping and receiving. Communication with staff across locations is vital to address repair queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage instrument parts ordering and research
• Produce monthly billing and regional projection reports
• Interact with staff regarding repair inquiries
• Facilitate the shipping and receiving of instruments
• Uphold workspace cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
• Must play at least one musical instrument
• Strong dedication and proven work ethic
• Independent working ability with a positive attitude
• Proficient in MS Excel and detail-oriented
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
