In this role, you will oversee a team responsible for various administrative services, including finance, HR, and records management. Your leadership will guide the daily operations of the department, ensuring compliance with corporate governance. You'll also plan and prepare annual budgets while training and mentoring staff for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate administrative services effectively
• Manage daily departmental operations and evaluate performance
• Prepare and control budgets for projects and supplies
• Direct staff on records management and compliance
• Prepare reports for management on administrative services
Requirements:
• College or CEGEP education required
• 3 to 5 years of related experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail in all tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Establish a strong administrative framework while managing operations and budgets in a dynamic retail setting.
