As an Office Manager, you will directly support the Senior Leadership Team and Executives s full-time, in-office role requires a proactive individual ready to oversee daily operations and maintain smooth communications. You’ll tackle tasks ranging from managing office vendors to coordinating meetings, all while embodying professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily office operations and reception management
• Coordinate with facility management for safety and security
• Manage office vendors, reviewing service quotes
• Organize meetings, events, and technology setups
• Provide administrative support to leadership and safety committees
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field is an asset
• Previous experience in a professional office is preferred
• Strong multitasking ability in fast-paced settings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools
