Job Description
We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. We are interested in individuals that are seeking part‑time employment in an office environment, with the opportunity to expand the role to full‑time employment. We are willing to accommodate a flexible working hour arrangement for the right candidate. The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Operations Team, booking and dispatching service calls, organizing billing, processing receivables, answering telephones, and completing other office administration tasks.
Qualifications- Preference will be given to those with previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong administration, record keeping and data entry skills
- Solid organizational and dispatching capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Intermediate proficiency with office software applications (i.e. Quick Books and Microsoft Office)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Health benefits available after 3 months of full‑time employment
