Bring your Grade 12 education and three years of related experience to this essential role. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance orders for the manager
• Maintain departmental information in a management database
• Prepare technical and non-technical documents accurately
• Arrange and document meeting minutes
• Manage supplies and stationery levels
Requirements:
• Completed secretarial program and Grade 12
• Three years of relevant experience
• Typing speed of 50 w.p.m.
• Strong communication abilities
• Capability to undertake physical duties
