We are a growing food wholesale and distribution company based in Richmond, BC. We are committed to providing high-quality food products to retailers and food service customers across Canada. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk / Sales Support to join our team.

Job Summary

The Office Clerk / Sales Support plays an important role in supporting daily office operations, customer service, and sales administration. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure efficient order processing and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain customer and product records
  • Support the sales team by following up on customer orders and requests
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
  • Assist customers with general inquiries and provide administrative support
  • Prepare reports, invoices, and other business documents
  • Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules with warehouse and logistics staff
  • Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or sales support is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English;
    Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
