Join Avis Budget Group as a Fleet Administrative Clerk this summer in Richmond, British Columbia. Play a vital role in vehicle management, clerical support, and customer interactions.
This summer contract position will entail assisting the Fleet Supervisor with all aspects of vehicle administration. You will handle data entry, process invoices, and communicate with customers about vehicle deliveries and pickups. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will be key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid in vehicle in-fleeting and de-fleeting processes
• Process invoices and issue bills of sales
• Communicate effectively with buyers for pickups
• Organize and maintain fleet-documentation files
• Efficiently manage office-related clerical tasks
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of office experience
• Six months of relevant customer service experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Valid driver’s license and a solid driving record
