Apply administrative organization and billing accuracy in this customer-focused Shipping and Billing Clerk position. The scheduled shift runs from 10:30am to 7:00pm.
This position provides administrative support while assisting customer inquiries and managing shipping documentation. Duties include preparing invoices, entering data, maintaining records, and reviewing documents. Previous administrative, invoicing, or shipping experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with inquiries and provide professional service
- Process shipping and receiving paperwork accurately
- Prepare customer invoices and bills
- Maintain accurate company records and organized files
- Communicate about billing and shipping matters
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills with customers and staff
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous administrative experience is an asset
- Previous invoicing or shipping experience is an asset
Support customers and staff through accurate billing, shipping documentation, data entry, and organized administrative recordkeeping.
