• Registered 3rd - 4th Year Apprentice Automotive Technician
• Dealership experience is an asset
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
• Team‑oriented, coachable, and professional
• Strong diagnostic ability (electrical systems, drivability issues, intermittent concerns)
• Identifies root cause issues—does not rely on unnecessary parts replacement
• Confident performing complex and internal repairs with minimal supervision
• Maintains high first‑time fix accuracy
• Works with urgency while upholding quality and safety standards
• High productivity with efficient time management in a fast‑paced environment
• Performs thorough inspections; consistently identifies additional service opportunities
• Provides clear, detailed documentation and communicates effectively with advisors
• Understands impact on gross profit and CSI; actively supports both
• Keeps work area organized and ensures steady vehicle flow with minimal downtime
• Team‑oriented; supports fellow technicians and contributes to overall shop performance
• Reliable and accountable; takes ownership of every repair order (RO)
• Experienced in advanced diagnostics with a strong electrical background
• OEM certifications or brand‑specific experience preferred (not required)
