Open Road Lexus Richmond is hiring a full-time Apprentice Level 3/4 focused on delivering exceptional automotive service and repair.
This role offers hands-on experience and encourages skill development.
In this key position, you will be involved in various aspects of vehicle repair, including ordering parts, documenting services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work primarily on Lexus vehicles and engage in continuous learning through factory training classes. This apprenticeship supports your growth while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and manage repair orders with diligence
• Communicate directly with the parts department
• Perform extensive vehicle examinations for safety
• Road-test completed work to confirm quality
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Must be a minimum of 2 years into the apprenticeship
• Clean British Columbia driver's license required
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Highly organized and self-driven
• Weekend shift availability is necessary
