Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in the automotive industry? OPENLANE, a leader in automotive remarketing, is looking for a Lot Assistant with experience in coordinating vehicle inventory. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working at a dealership or similar organization, controlling vehicle inventory, and preparing vehicles for transport.

Operate motor vehicles safely, per driver safety procedures. - Organized:
Responsible for maintaining an organized lot and completing regular inventory scans.
- Ensure vehicles are ready for auction, working order (boosting, adding gas, attending to lock outs, preparing for towing, filling tires).
- Accurately record services provided (fuel, tow, etc.) for accurate billing.
- Prepare vehicles for remarketing: staging for reconditioning shops or transportation, moving, marking, flagging, staging as instructed.
- Photograph vehicles post-reconditioning services.
- Provide customer service by assisting customers or internal departments in retrieving vehicles.
- Assist with vehicle stock in & checkout process.
- Operate vehicles under various weather conditions and may be required to manually remove snow through various means (shoveling, operating plow truck, bobcat, loader, etc.).
- 1+ year in the role or similar.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Basic computer & smartphone skills.
- Experience working outside in all weather conditions.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- 1-3 years administrative experience.
- Ability to drive both standard & automatic transmissions.
- Experience with plow trucks, bobcats, loaders, and/or tow trucks is strongly preferred.
- Licensed to operate motorcycles or ATVs.

Compensation RangeHourly: $21.00 - $21.00 (Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
