Drive your automotive career with OPENLANE as an Unlicensed Automotive Service Technician. This full-time role focuses on diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle maintenance in a collaborative environment.
OPENLANE seeks a dependable and detailed Unlicensed Automotive Service Technician for full-time shifts from Tuesday to Saturday. You will be involved in vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks while working closely within a team. Prior experience in automotive repair and service of various systems is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general mechanical inspections and repairs
• Perform oil changes, tire changes, and vehicle check overs
• Execute frame inspections for structural integrity
• Complete pre and post sale vehicle inspections
• Conduct safety inspections with comprehensive checklists
Requirements:
• Experience in mechanical and electrical repairs
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License required
• Basic computer skills and smartphone usage
• Attention to detail and safe working practices
• Willingness to work Saturdays and adapt schedules
