CliniQPath, a leading Canadian communication and learning firm, seeks an experienced Privacy Consultant. You will explore the intersection of privacy legislation, data governance, and real-world operations, advising stakeholders on privacy risks.
Your role includes supporting privacy-focused projects with healthcare information, research data, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic privacy guidance to clients and teams
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
• Identify and recommend mitigation strategies for privacy risks
• Develop and review privacy policies and governance documents
• Support data-sharing agreements and program development
Requirements:
• 5+ years of privacy experience preferred
• Knowledge of privacy law and data governance
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in multidisciplinary environments
• Relevant degree in privacy or information management
