At Norsat International, we are seeking a Business Analyst with strong organizational skills to join our Sales and Marketing team. You will support both internal and external stakeholders while collaborating with channel partners to enhance customer experience. Candidates will analyze data, process sales orders, and assist with CRM support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with key channel partners across time zones

• Provide training and pricing support to partners

• Track sales activities and generate forecasts

• Support pre-sales technical discussions

• Coordinate service and RMA requests with Engineering Teams

Requirements:

• 1+ years of technology sales experience preferred

• University degree in a relevant field

• Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office

• Strong English communication skills

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented mindset
