Key Responsibilities:

• Review specifications and project drawings thoroughly

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages

• Participate in budgeting and cost forecasting

• Maintain accurate cost databases through project updates

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in construction estimation

• Diploma in civil or construction engineering technology required

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation tools

• Excellent organizational and mathematical skills

• Certification by CIQS eligibility preferred
