This role requires over three years of estimating experience in civil construction, particularly earthworks and road construction. You'll prepare detailed cost estimates, manage the tender process, and solicit quotes from suppliers. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates

• Manage tenders from document receipt to bid submission

• Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier quotes

• Develop bid packages for municipal and commercial clients

• Track bid results and market pricing trends

Requirements:

• 3+ years of estimating experience in civil construction

• Proficient in Bluebeam and estimating software

• Solid understanding of civil construction methods

• Ability to read civil drawings and specifications

• Field experience in civil construction is a plus
