You'll be responsible for preparing cost estimates and managing tenders for various projects across the Lower Mainland. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates for civil construction projects

• Manage the full tendering process efficiently

• Solicit and compare quotes from suppliers

• Review and interpret contract documents for scope

• Assist with change order pricing on projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of estimating experience

• Deep understanding of BC market material costs

• Experience with municipal and private sector tenders

• Proficiency in Bluebeam for quantity take-offs

• Educational background in Civil Engineering Technology preferred
