We are looking for a Mechanical Estimator with 2 to less than 3 years of experience in estimating for construction projects. Focusing on projects ranging from $100,001 to $1,500,000, you will read blueprints, develop feasibility studies, and prepare reports. Your insights into cost management will support project success through detailed communication with engineers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates for labor and material costs

• Read and interpret blueprints for work requirements

• Create and submit detailed bid forms and estimate reports

• Analyze tender submissions and recommend awards

• Adjust contract expenditures based on project needs

Requirements:

• Other trades certificate or equivalent experience

• Experience managing commercial or residential projects

• Familiar with estimating tools and spreadsheet software

• Client-focused with effective communication skills

• Organized and attentive to deadlines
