We are seeking a Virtual Construction Student for our BC Region district
, within the Canadian Buildings Division, for a period of 4‑8 months starting in September 2026
. This position reports to the Manager, Integrated Construction Technology.

• Assist field team in developing key plan visuals for construction schedules and site logistics: site safety, access, trailers, temporary power, hoists, crane swing, and demolition.
• Generate tower crane and man/material hoist working drawings (plans, elevations, sections).
• Support model coordination and clash detection using Revizto or equivalent platforms.
• Process and analyze laser scan data, point cloud registration, working with survey team outputs.
• Build and update virtual construction models from plans, specs, and elevations under supervision.
• Aid in site logistics modeling and trade‑partner model coordination.
• Assist with model updates, submissions, and document control as needed.
• Promote adoption of virtual construction tools across project teams.
• Attend and contribute to project or coordination meetings.

• Enrolled in or pursuing a degree or diploma in architecture, architectural technology, construction management, civil engineering, or a related AEC discipline.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Eager to learn, innovative, and adaptable to new technology trends and processes.
• Able to manage multiple, competing tasks with attention to detail.
• Collaborative and team‑oriented, capable of building positive relationships with project stakeholders.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong communication and time‑management skills.

Pay Range: $19.88 – $24.38 per hour.
