Join Kinetic as an Estimator and collaborate with the Chief Estimator and Pre-Construction Manager in driving key pre-construction activities.

We are seeking an Estimator across our branches, requiring an undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Architecture with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You will be integral to our estimating team and will engage in core processes essential to our construction goals. Knowledge of estimating software and a strong attention to detail will set you apart.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pre-construction estimating activities actively

• Collaborate on competitive and negotiated project proposals

• Interpret contract specifications and construction documents

• Document and organize information with accuracy

• Foster a positive and ethical work culture

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Pre-Construction or Estimating roles

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Architecture

• Construction Technology Certificate or Diploma

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with effective communication abilities
