Kinetic Management Ltd is seeking two full-time Senior Estimators for its Vancouver office. This pivotal role supports the Chief Estimator, focusing on estimating core processes across branches. You'll enhance departmental efficiency and mentor junior staff while engaging in complex estimating for diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Chief Estimator with estimating process implementations

• Develop new approaches for departmental efficiency

• Mentor junior staff to maximize productivity

• Liaise with departments on preconstruction site logistics

• Review final estimate packages for accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor or diploma in Estimating or Quantity Surveying

• Construction Estimator Certified (CEC) designation required

• Several years of estimating experience in ICI sector

• Proficient in Sage Estimating, Microsoft Projects, and Plan Swift

• Strong analytical and communication skills
