In this pivotal Estimator role within the BC Region, you will prepare and lead medium-to-large project bids, ensuring accuracy in cost estimation and project requirements. Collaborating with internal teams, you will drive the bidding process by conducting comprehensive analyses and gap identification while capturing trade scopes. With your expertise, you'll also perform quantity take-offs and conduct risk assessments to develop winning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead bids and proposals for complex projects

• Conduct detailed analyses of contract documents

• Perform quantity take-offs for labor and materials

• Review bids and evaluate trade contractor pricing

• Coordinate site logistics and project budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

• 8 years in construction cost estimating

• Knowledge of various construction methods

• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office

• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders
