We are seeking an Estimator to enhance our team with 3 years of experience in construction estimating or engineering. You'll engage in material takeoffs, cost analyses, and supplier negotiations that directly impact project budgeting. A keen eye for detail and clear communication are essential as you work closely with operations to deliver high-quality estimations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and develop multi-discipline material takeoffs

• Evaluate construction rates and subcontract cost estimates

• Perform productivity analyses of cost estimates

• Research and negotiate pricing with suppliers

• Assist in developing preliminary construction schedules

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• Minimum 3 years of estimating experience

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and estimating software
