Position: Kinetic Construction Estimator Opening
Kinetic Construction Ltd. is seeking an Estimator to enhance its pre-construction team.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $99,000 to $123,000 per year.

With offices in Vancouver, Victoria, and Courtenay, Kinetic is dedicated to employee growth and ethical practices. We are looking for an Estimator with a minimum of five years of experience in estimating or related fields. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Architecture and demonstrate strong analytical and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in estimating practices and core processes

• Analyze negotiated and competitive works

• Collaborate with project teams effectively

• Uphold high ethical standards in daily tasks

• Systematically document and organize project information

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in a related role

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in relevant field

• Required Construction Related Technology Certificate

• Competency in estimating software is preferred

• Ability to interpret construction specifications and drawings
