Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage multiple construction projects effectively

• Prepare detailed construction schedules and milestones

• Evaluate project progress and address any deviations

• Foster strong relationships with clients and subtrades

• Ensure project compliance with standards and specifications

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• 10+ years in ICI Construction or related fields

• Proven experience in projects over $100M

• Strong communication and management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore
